When I daytrade, I have a rule that I NEVER lose more than
$100.00 on each trade.

The trade must go in the direction I want it to right away,
or I exit the trade quickly if it goes against me.

If I trade 1000 shares, I exit the trade at .10 below my purchase price. If I trade 2000 shares, I only allow it to move down .05 before I exit the trade.

As you can see from the above trades,
when it goes well there are good profits to be taken.

The trick to daytrading is to:
KEEP YOUR LOSSES TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM!
